30. Juri Takahashi (AKB48 – Team 4 Captain).

Although Aki Takajo graduated in February, she was to continue doing AKB48 events til the end of May. I’ve said I was going to continue to ranked her til that time, will I change my mind. I won’t be ranking her anymore, so it left a position for someone else to come in here. 2 members I considered it was very close between those two, I choose Juri for no reason except I felt like it.

She’s been ranked her before, but not since I’ve change this to the AKB48 family ranking (It used to be just AKB48 members). More than a couple of years ago, back then she was so cute and kinda funny looking, now she’s kinda hot looking. Back then I could not imagine seeing her in a bikini, now she looks really hot in it. I’ve gotten back to following her a little bit for almost a year now.29. Nanase Nishino (Nogizaka46 – 1st Generation).

I don’t know what it is with her, I just get hypnotize by her everytime I look at her.28. Minami Takahashi (AKB48 – Team A).

She will be saying Bye-Bye to AKB48 very soon. Her graduation concert was a few days ago, and her last theater performance will be April 8th. Which just happens to be her Birthday.

AKB48 43rd single “Kimi wa Melody” which was released on March 9th. Sold 1,237,891 copies in it’s first week of release to ranked number one, on the weekly oricon singles chart. This singles features 4 graduated AKB48 members Atsuko Maeda, Mariko Shinoda, Tomomi Itano and Yuko Oshima. It’s nice to see them back with AKB48.

This singles was released in 11 versions including the Theater Edition.

My Favorite J-Pop Idols and J-Pop Artist, January 2016.

I’m kinda rushing this, so I’m not giving this much though. I just want to get this done by the end of this month, I just hope I’m not overlooking anyone.

I’ll try to make a comment of something of interest, if not I’ll just comment when I started to like them or why I do.

I do this twive a month in January and July.

My Top 25 Favorite J-Pop Idols, singers, etc.

25. Maria Makino (Morning Musume).

I first notice her earlier last year, I find her very attractive and sexually appealing. I shouldn’t say something like that about someone so young, Pretty girl.

On February 2nd, it’ll be her birthday. Happy 15th Birthday in advance, Maria.24. Rika Mayama (Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku).

I’ve known her way before this, but I started to really take interest in her in very early 2014. I was watching alot of Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku videos around that time, I just found her so funny. She’d always make all these funny/weird gestures, that’s the reason why I basically like her she’s always making these gestures. She is also kinda cute.23. Rina Matsuno (Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku).

I noticed her cause she was tall and being kinda cute help also, I have a weakness for tall females. I wouldn’t say she’s really that tall, in the J-Pop Idol world. She’s really tall.22. Rika Tonosaki (Doll Elements).

I’ve known Doll Elements for about 2 years or so, I guess. She’s the member who I would always notice, although I thought she was super cute. I really had no intention of wanting to get interested in her, until about 2 months. It doesn’t look like it, she has pretty big Boobs. I don’t know if this a turn off or I actually like it, she hasn’t change abit the last few years. Yeah, I’ve been fantasizing about her quite abit lately.21. Rio Watanabe (Babyraids JAPAN).

I think her dancing is better, she used to dance very awkwardly and was always a step behind the other members. I think her dancing better.

I think she’s super cool, the kind of person I like to hang out and talk with.20. Karin Ogino (Yumemiru Adolescence).

I find her really annoying , but in a cute and likeable way. I don’t think I’ll ever get bored of her, their’s a reason why I wrote that.19. Sayaka Yamamoto (NMB48 and AKB48).

She can paly the guitar pretty good, I’m not bad myself. I would love to jam with her play some NMB and AKB songs, that would be fun.18. Nao Sakura (Team Syachihoko).

I think she might be the J-Pop idol, I think I would like to hang out with the most. Her birthday is a day after mine.17. Kanna Hashimoto (Rev. from DVL).

I’ll be honest I didn’t think her “15 minutes of fame” would last this long, she’s a real cutie so I’m glad it did. I bough her photobook, and she has a solo single “Sailor Fuku to Kikanjuu” which will be release on February 23rd. I’ll probably will buy that also.

My interest in her has been diminishing a little bit the last year, maybe longer than that. Maybe because I don’t find her to be annoyingly cute anymore, she seems more mature. It just might be me, I don’t know. Doing alot more bikini photoshoot would fix that problem, which I think she’s been doing lately. It seem like their was a time she was barely doing any at all.15. I’ve fantasize about having a J-Pop Idol as a girlfriend many times before, but never being married to one. The last few weeks maybe longer, I’ve been fantasizing about being married to Asami alot. Whatever it was I was feeling about her, the last time I did this ranking it’s over. Thank goodness, it was only temporary. It had more to do with Miki Shimomura, with my interest in her probably at an all time high.

I think she has change her hairstyle, I didn’t like it at first. In fact it was a turn off, I’m actually liking it now.5. Yukafin Doll (Afilia Saga).

This sucks Yukafin Doll is graduating from Afilia Saga, I think sometime in early February. Ayami Chercy Snow & Louise Sforzur is also leaving the group around that time, Yukafin Doll is about the only reason that I’m even remotely interested in Afilia Saga. I really don’t why they’re an enjoyable group to watch and quite a few cute members.4. Ai Negishi (PASSPO).

It seems like her and PASSPO that a quiet 2015, they were actually very active. I’m not sure about this, I think I read somewhere that she was releasing a photobook sometime this year. I hope so the 2 she release so far were really good.3. Hitomi Arai (Tokyo Girls’ Style).

She still has that very sweet smile, and is as cute as ever. Sometimes I get that feeling she’s more serious now, maybe she’s just starting to grow up. Now that I think about it, she was always kinda like that.2. Yuki Kashiwagi (AKB48 and NGT48).

It’s seems alot longer, it was almost exactly about 5 years ago that I first notice her. I don’t think their ever was one picture that I saw that has had more of an impact on me, than that one I saw of her that night. Huh, What?1. Haruna Kojima (AKB48).

When it comes to her I rarely make any comments, and really don’t talk like she’s my infinite absolute favorite. I do have a pretty good Kojima collection I think I have all her photobooks and I buy magazines with her on the cover, just to name a few. My Top 20 J-Pop Groups.

20. Idol Renaissance.

It look about a minute to consider who to put at this position, a lot of candidates. A second to decide, it wasn’t an easy one, had to chose one, and do it quickly.

I’ve know Idol Renaissance for well over a year, I like their songs. The members are really cute, especially a couple of them.

19. Country Girls.

They were formed just a little more than a year ago, they already had one member graduate and added two new members late last year. Those two new members look kinda cute. They release two singles so far which I really like alot, and a new one coming very soon. I just enjoy watching them they’re so refreshing.18. Tokyo Girls’ Style.

On late December 2015 Ayano Konishi, official left the group, I prefer them as five. Oh well, nothing I can do about it. I don’t know why they have a problem with being called an Idol group, Fairies doesn’t. Then again I don’t think anyone really calls or considers Fairies an Idol Group, atleast not techically.17. Team Syachihoko.

For a while my interest in them was diminishing, lately I’m starting to really get interested in them again also with their leader Honoka Akimoto, who I seriously considered including her back again.16. C-ute.

Anytime I have a friends who doesn’t know anything about J-Pop, this the group I usually recommend or mention first.15. Fairies.

Have they ever done any overseas activities outside of Asia? Miki is my favorite, but I’ve been really liking Rikako Inoue for several months now.14. 9nine.

I really like them alot as a group, although their was really no one particular member I really had any interest in even remotely following. Uki Satake probably came the closes. I guess almost a month now I’ve been very interested in Umika Kawashima, I mean I’ve been fantasizing about her alot. For a time there, almost on a daily basis.

Another J-Pop Idol group, which to me seem like they were doing less activities, compared to previous years. I think they’ve reach their peak a while ago, I hope they have a very good 2016. If you asked me 2015 was a disapointment, in the sense it could have been alot better.With Yumemiru Adolescence.12. SKE48.

I don’t know why I don’t like or follow SKE48 alot more than I should, of all the groups in the AKB48 family. I think they’re the group that have remained the most constant (Graduations not included), and they have alot of really cute members. What I said about SKE48, is the opposite of NMB48. I check them out alot more than SKE48, more times than not I fine them rather boring. They’re more consistent than SKE48 in every sense, maybe that’s why I like them more.10. Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku.

If they release more stuff, they would probably rank higher. They’re very entertaining, almost second to none. They just don’t have enough stuff lately to keep me entertain.9. Nogizaka46.

Nogizaka46 as a new sister group “Toriizaka46”, it was bound to happen. If they turn out anything like Nogizaka46, I guess it’s good. On average they’re pretty young, some really cute members.8. Yumemiru Adolescence.

I don’t think I get excited as much as when an Idol Group releases a new single, as much as I do with this group. An Kyouka is growing up to be very fine young woman.7. PASSPO.

The lost 2 members in 2015 due to graduation, Makoto Okunaka at the start of the year and Sako Makita at the end of the year. 2 members that I really like a lot.

Do they ever do a lot of concerts.6. HKT48.

Not that I didn’t in the past, but lately I’ve checking them out a fair amount times lately. Wow, some of those members have really grown up. Some are just dead gorgeous, will be checking them out a fair amount of times now. This didn’t happen yesterday, I don’t why I didn’t notice this before. Maybe I did I was just too lazy and uninterested or to bothered to notice. I can be like that sometimes.5. SUPER GiRLS.

Sometime this year I was a little worried, my interest in them was probably at an all time low. Thanks, to Rina Miyazaki and maybe a couple of others it’s back to where it should be. They just need to be in the spotlight more, like they used to be. To me it seems like they’re not trying, for it.4. Momoiro Clover Z.

They’re releasing 2 albums in February will definitely get both.3. Morning Musume.

On December 31, 2015. Riho Sayashi graduated from the group, which is to bad. She was a cutie.

Next month they will be at Anime Matsuri, in Houston, Texas. It’s not 100%, but it’s looking good that I will be attending it.2. Cheeky Parade.

I’m not to sure exactly what this is all about but Marin Yamamoto and Mariya Suzuki, will going on a 2 year hiatus from Cheeky Parade. To study abroad in Los Angeles, California. Another member from their sister group “GEM”, Maaya takeda is also going with them. I don’t think a date as been announced when They will be leaving.1. AKB48.

My only complain about them is sometimes when I watch them, it’s not like watching AKB48. I hope you know what I mean, Unlike SKE48, NMB48 and HKT48.*Got done on time, at a second to spare.

My Top 30 Favorite Members In The AKB48 Family, January 2016.

I’ve done this before but it was a long while ago, for this month comments. I’ll just write about when I started to like them, or notice them or got interested in them. If just a little.

30. Nanase Nishino (Nogizaka46 – 1st Generation).

I guess the first time I kinda notice her was almost 2 years when she was going to become Center for a Nogizaka46 single, she was also getting a fair amount of attention around that time. I just remember wondering what all the fuss was about her, anyways I really didn’t start to really like her until a few months ago. I just think she seem really nice and sweet.29. Rena Kato (AKB48 – Team B).

It was March or April 2011, I was watching an AKB48 concert video from 2010. I just remember how cute she really look, she was the first non official AKB48 member I was really interested in.28. Minami Takahashi (AKB48 – Team A).

I notice her right from the beginning although I couldn’t tell the difference her and Yuko Oshima, it took about a couple of weeks for me to tell the 2 apart.27. Minami Minegishi (AKB48 – Team K Captain).

I notice her almost from the beginning, and like her right away. She was so funny and playful and kinda mouthy.

26. Sayuri Matsumura (Nogizaka46 – 1st Generation).

It was either very late 2011 or very early 2012, I think it had something to do with promoting their 1st single. She was one of the first member that caught my eye, she was really cute and I just loved her hair.25. Miori Ichikawa (NMB48 – Team BII).

I first noticed her the same video that I first notice Renacchi in, she was so cute and tiny. She was so awkwardly funny I just couldn’t stop laughing, even now for some reason when I see her. I just start to laugh.

24. JingYi Ju (SNH48 – Team NII).

It was a year ago when I started to get back to follwing SNH48 again for a 3rd time, at that time it was just the 1st Generation members that I mainly knew. When I saw her I though she was really pretty, check her out. It hasn’t really stop since.23. Yuria Kizaki (AKB48 – Team B Captain).

That’s a good question, I really don’t know or remember. I think I remember seeing her in late 2011, she was really cute. But like almost every SKE48 member at the time I just didn’t bother checking her out or try even remotely to get interested in her. I guess it was almost a year ago that I started to like her and started paying more attention to her.22. Aki Takajo (AKB48 – Team K).

I notice her and was very attracted to her almost from the beginning, I couldn’t keep my eyes off her.21. Nanami Hashimoto (Nogizaka46 – 1st Generation).

I started to really notice and get interested in her around the summer of 2013, she was going to star on a TV show and she was also getting alot of attention around that time, or atleast it seem like to me.20. ZheHan Wu (SNH48 – Team SII and Team X).

When she was number one in SNH48 1st Senbatsu Election (2014), that was a surprise for me. So I kinda did some checking on her, I though she was very pretty I can see why she was on Top. Then I kinda forgot about her, when SNH48 released “Give Me Five” in January 2015. I though she look great in the video and I kinda fell in love with her. Unfortunately she got into a scandal not too long after that, not that I cared. It was just that for several months I really didn’t see or hear too much about her, as far has SNH48 events or activities goes.19. Haruka Kodama (HKT48 – Team H and AKB48 Team K).

I notice her right from the beginning as she promoted to be HKT48 Center, I really didn’t start to really like her and get very interested in her until early 2014.18. Ryoka Kitagawa (SKE48 – Team S and AKB48 – Team 4).

I remember seeing her on the CD Cover of SKE48 single “Sansei Kawaii!, which was released on November 2013. She was still a Research Student I’ve never her before, but she was really pretty. Around early 2014 she was getting alot of heavy pushing, considering how pretty I though she was. It was very hard not to notice and get interested in her.17. Rie Kitahara (NGT48 Captain – Team NIII).

I notice her almost from the beginning, athough I knew they were 2 different person. For a couple months when ever I saw her I though it was Sasshi, yes it took me that long to tell them apart maybe longer than that. I wish she would do alot more bikini photoshoot, like she use to.16. Rino Sashihara (HKT48 – Team H and HKT48 Theater Manager).

When I first got into AKB48 her and Yui Yokoyama were probably the most heavily push members, she’s so funny and entertaining it was hard not to notice and like her.15. Mion Mukaichi (AKB48 – Team K).

I still remember when it was August 2013, I was checking out AKB48 Research Students for reason (This is something I don’t do). When I saw her it was love at first sight, since that time I’ve been following her.

On January 29th, it’s her Birthday. Happy 18th Birthday in advance, Mion. Wow, it’s been that long she was only 15 when I first notice her.14. Sumire Sato (SKE48 – Team E).

I notice her way before this, but I just remember during AKB48 promoting their single “Everyday, Katyusha” she was involved in lot of the performance for the single.13. JiaMin Zhao (SNH48 – Team SII).

When SNH48 were first starting out she was promoted that she would be center, and she was getting the most attention or pushing. Let’s be honest she was really cute back then, now days she has more of a mature look, but that’s another story. It doesn’t change anything.

12. Haruka Shimazaki (AKB48 – Team A).

I guess it was around June 2012, she was getting alot of heavy pushing around this time. I just basically joined the bandwagon.

11. Sakura Miyawaki (HKT48 – Team KIV and AKB48 – Team A).

I though she was really funny looking at first, she look like a doll. I can’t really remember when I started to really, really like her. She really as grown up.10. Anna Iriyama (AKB48 – Team A).

When did I start to notice, follow, get intertested and like her. When I saw AKB48 in Wahington D.C., in March 2012. I knew who she was way before this, but didn’t take notice or cared too much of her. I think she has the most beautiful hair.9. Aika Oota (HKT48 – Team KIV Captain).

It was likely WH7 “Valentine Kiss”, in the beginning I used to fantasize about her and Mayu (After I started liking her) alot.8. Sayaka Yamamoto (NMB48 – Team N Captain and AKB48 – Team K).

I notice her right from the beginning, although I really hated her the first 2 months or so. I just thought she was really funny looking and really weird. She’s the only AKB48 that I really hated, she was also so annoying. As soon has I got to know her abit more, the hating stop.6. Miyuki Watanabe (NMB48 – Team BII and AKB48 – Team B).

I first heard of her around March 2011, she was the NMB48 member that all AKB48 fans were talking about. She was that first NMB48 member I knew, I didn’t like her at first mainly because I was a “Sayaka” fan. It was around December 2011, that I just started to like her for some reason. I really don’t know what happen, it was I just got up one morning and I was Milky fan.5. Meru Tashima (HKT48 – Team H).

I first heard of her around the release of HKT48 1st single “Suki! Suki! Skip!”, on March 2013. I wasn’t really following HKT48 back then, she was center on the single and on the CD Cover of all them. I was like “Who is she?”, although I didn’t really like Haruka Kodama that much at that time. I found this to a bit of a turn off for some reason, it was a great single. I didn’t really start to like Meru until about a year later, I just find very refreshing.

I’m very late on this. January 7th, was her Birthday. Happy Belated 16th Birthday, Meru.4. Kei Jonishi (NMB48 – Team N Co-Captain).

I mention this before I first saw her around the release of their 1st single, looking (Thinking) back it was actually the 2nd single. I was looking at some pictures of NMB48 it had something to do with the 2nd single, she just caught my eye. It wasn’t really until early in 2012 that I got all crazy about her.3. Mai Shiraishi (Nogizaka46 – 1st Generation).

It was very late 2011 or very early 2012, Nogizaka46 was doing quite abit of photo shoot. Basically promoting their 1st single, they were all cute. She was the one who I thought was the pretties.2. Yuki Kashiwagi (AKB48 – Team B and NGT48 – Team NIII).

When it came to noticing her, I was a little slow. I didn’t actually know who she was until a couple of weeks after I got into AKB48. I just saw this one picture of her she look really hot, when I found out who she was I did some searches on her. She’s hot, how come I never notice her before.1. Haruna Kojima (AKB48 – Team A).

I got into JPop 1st or 2nd day of 2011, I was still about 2 weeks after discovering AKB48. I came across the AKB48 single “Chance no Junban”, which was their latest single. The CD Cover the one with her on it, there was one person that really caught my eye she was funny looking and had big ears. It’s hard to expalain the feeling, she was just most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen. When I started to get into AKB48, I saw that CD Cover again not to long after. Oh, I though she look familiar.

It seems like she’s getting some pushing lately, like she was on the CD cover of AKB48’s latest Best Of Album “0 to 1 no Aida”. Also she’s a senbatsu member on AKB48 latest single “Kuchibiru ni Be My Baby”, I think she has a good chance of staying senbatsu for a couple of years or more. Her pushing never really gets any results, just like Anna Iriyama and Ryoha Kitagawa of SKE48. That’s alright, the more I see her the better.28. She was supposed to graduate from AKB48 on December 8th, of this year. To no one’s surprise, it has been postpone. Her graduation concert will be on March 26th & 27th, 2016. AKB48 42nd Single “Kuchibiru ni Be My Baby”, First Week Sales.

AKB48 42nd single “Kuchibiru ni Be My Baby”, was released on December 9th. It sold 905,450 copies in it’s 1st week of release, to ranked number one on the weekly singles chart. It’s the first time that an AKB48 single sold less than a million copies in it’s 1st week of release, since their 20th single “Sakura no Ki ni Narou”, which was released on February 16, 2011. This was about the same time I got really into AKB48. Depending on the sales the next 2 weeks, this single might not even reach a million. Minami Takahashi is center for this single, I think this is her 1st solo center. Or just being center at all for an AKB48 single.

I really like this single I can’t remember the last time where I like almost all the tracks on an AKB48 single. After listening to this single (All Editions), it seem like they recycled some of their older songs here (Atleased half). This single was released in 9 versions, including the Theater Edition.

Their last single suck alot, their wasn’t anything I like about that single. So my expectation for this single was rather low, but this single is great. I like all the tracks on it, including the title track. Which it my least favorite of all the tracks, but I still like alot.

AKB48 7th Album “0 to 1 no Aida”, First Week Sales.

• AKB48 release a Best of Album “0 to 1 no Aida”, on November 18th (It’s their 3rd Best Album). It sold 625,756 copies in it’s 1st week of released, to ranked number one on the weekly oricon album charts. The “Complete Singles Edition”, which is what I got. Has all the 43 singles title track they release so far, with 2015 version of their 1st 2 indie single. Also 3 new songs. The album was released in 3 editions, or 4 if you included the Theater Edition.

I find this interesting that none of their albums have sold a million copies, in it’s first week of release. Also what’s the deal with Rena Kato on the album cover, I don’t understand that at all. She was kinda a heavily push member a few years ago, I don’t think anyone really took notice and just ignore it. Then it seem like she disappeared for the longest time. Then about a year ago or so, I guess they started to push her a little again. Again no one really took notice, haven’t really heard or seen anything of her that’s of any significant the last few months.
